Spacious townhome with 2 floors accommodating 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, for up to 8 guests.
Plan your outings, or flex your work and play schedule with 1Gb fiber Internet and wifi.
The main floor features an "In-Laws" bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, an open concept kitchen, dining, and large family space with access to the main floor ocean-view balcony.
The 2nd floor sports the "Kids" bedroom with a full private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The "Parents" bedroom features a private full bathroom, dual-sink vanity, tub/shower combo, and an ocean-view balcony.
Stairs provide access up to the townhome main entrance.
The spacious under-home parking pad can accommodate 5-6 vehicles providing covered parking for 2-3 vehicles. The under-home pad also features an entertainment/grilling area.
From the home, it is a 30-second walk (~150 feet) to public beach access.
We may be able to accommodate larger groups of up to 20 guests if both Unit 1 and Unit 2 are available for booking!
Linens, towels and some beach towels are provided.
There are some beach chairs available as well.

Summary: With graciousl hosts, wonderful property that is well maintained and great location, there’s not much more you can ask for in an experience. Except, it turns out there’s more! I was impressed with the thoughtful small touches from aluminum foil to extra pens, well organized games with everything stored also labeled to make finding things easy. Highly recommend this place!
